I had a bit of a meltdown over my order because one item was missing, and I thought it was going to turn into a whole saga. I had to email them twice, which felt like way more effort than it should’ve been, but to be fair, they did eventually sort it out and refund the missing item. Not the smoothest experience ever, but they made it right in the end.

I tried ordering a few sweets from Koeze, mostly some chocolates and nut brittle. Everything showed up tasting fresh and the quality seemed good, so no real complaints there. I guess for the price I just thought it might feel a little more special, though maybe that’s on me because I’m not really sure what I was comparing it to. The chocolate was smooth but kind of basic to me, and the brittle was tasty enough, just not something that really stood out. Overall it was fine, just probably not something I’d hurry to order again.

I sent a Koeze gift to my uncle, and to be fair, he really liked it. He said the nuts were fresh and tasted great, so I can’t really complain about the actual product.

That said, the delivery part was kind of a mess. The updates were confusing, and it showed up a day later than I thought it would. I know stuff happens, but when it’s a gift, you’d think the tracking would be a little more helpful.

I might order again because the quality seems solid, but I’d only do it if the timing didn’t matter much. If you need it there on a specific day, I’d probably be a little cautious

I enjoyed these nuts overall, they were fresh, crunchy, and tasted really good. One of the bags did have a few broken pieces, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still a little disappointing. My only real complaint is the price; they’re good, just a bit pricey for what you get.

I ordered from koeze.com because I figured for the price, the ingredients and taste would be a step up. it didn’t feel that way at all. The nuts tasted a little stale to me, and the chocolate coating had that waxy texture that makes it feel more like something from a grocery store shelf than a premium gift box.
I also ended up having to go back and read through the ingredient list more closely, which was annoying because I shouldn’t have to do extra homework after buying something that’s supposed to be higher quality. There was more sugar and added oils than I expected, so overall it just felt like average candy in nicer packaging.

My order got here on time, so that part was fine, but the box looked beat up when it arrived. One corner was totally crushed, which made me a little nervous. Luckily, everything inside was okay, but for the price, I expected sturdier packaging. Not a terrible experience or anything, it just needs a bit mooore care

I ordered this thinking the delivery would be standard. Nope. Shipping took way longer than I expected, and the lack of clear updates made it even more frustrating. Annoying. By the time it finally arrived, I was already over it.

I ordered from koeze.com i did pause for a second because the prices aren't exactly low. That said, once it arrived, the quality did feel solid, especially if you're buying it as a gift or for something a little special. I’m not sure I’d order it all the time, but maybe I’m just more picky about prices than most people.
I was glad they had some discounts available because that made the total feel a bit easier to justify. Checkout and shipping were both fine, nothing really to complain about there. I’m giving it 4 stars because I liked the experience overall, but I do wish they had better deals more often

I ordered this from Koeze as a gift, i was impressed with how it showed up. The presentation looked clean and nice enough that I didn’t feel like I had to rewrap it or dress it up more before giving it. It wasn’t overly fancy, but it definitely felt giftable, and the person I gave it to really liked it. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the outside shipping box was a bit scuffed, though everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice if you want something that feels thoughtful without needing extra effort

I ordered client gifts through koeze.com i wish I hadn’t. The shipping updates were hard to make sense of, a few boxes showed up late, and when I reached out to support, it took longer than I expected to get a response. Reading between the lines, it just didn’t feel like they were set up to handle a time-sensitive corporate order smoothly. During an already busy work week, it added stress I really didn’t need. I wouldn’t use them again for corporate gifting.
